They matched perfectly to my window frames, and bring a whole new look to my home. They were easy to install, the only problem was that one of the mounting frames was about 1/8" too long for my window.

We had some difficulty in getting what we had ordered, but you took great care in getting us the right product in a reasonable time. We received the wrong color and the blind was damaged. You took care of the problem very quickly. The blinds look fantastic. What was in this apartment should have been destroyed years ago. The replacement is awesome. The wood Look is great.

On Sepember 25, 2011, I purchased 2 "Wood Look" aluminum blinds from Blinds Chhalet. I needed 3 blinds but since I was uncomfortble with an unknown company, I only purchased 2 originally. I was most pleased when they arrive. My husband was pleasantly surprised at how lovely they looked in our wood trimmed den. Yesterday I purchased the remaining 3 that I needed and am exited about installing them in the rest of the house. Great product. Simple website. Very easy to us. Good job guys!!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
